Terms of service

Order Confirmation: For orders above 10000 Rs, 20% payment advance is required to ensure that customer will receive it on arrival. Remaining bill will be paid on COD.

Order Cancellation: Once your order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled.

Refusal to Receive: If you refuse to receive the parcel after order confirmation, we reserve the right to list your information as a "fraud customer" on our page to prevent fraudulent orders. A customer who refuses delivery at door will be unable to receive their next order from our shop until they pay 50% advance payment for it.

Disclaimer for Reactions: GlowGlam will not be held responsible for any skin allergies or harm caused as a reaction to the products. Customers are advised to perform patch tests and monitor their skin's response.
