Refund policy
Conditions for Returns & Refunds:
- Returns and refunds are only applicable for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
- Returns due to a change of mind (e.g: I don't like it or I don't need it anymore) are not accepted.
Eligibility Criteria: If your order arrives with missing or damaged goods, please tell us on our Instagram @glowglambymimi within 24 hours of receiving it to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
All of our orders include a label that reads: "Make Unboxing Video to Claim Damage/Missing Items." This is to remind customers to record a video during unboxing.
To claim any damage, leakage, missing item, or incorrect product issue, an un-cut unboxing video is mandatory from the moment the parcel seal is opened. Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Packaging Damage: Minor damage to the outer packaging or box during shipping, such as dents or scratches, is a common occurrence and does not affect the quality of the product. We do not offer replacements or exchanges for issues related to packaging or box condition unless the product inside is damaged.
Return Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. You have to return the product within 3 days and bear the delivery charges in the process.
Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we'll process your refund/exchange in 3-7 business days.
